Oklahoma Judge Accused of Shooting Up Brother-In-Law’s House

An Oklahoma judge is facing charges after allegedly opening fire at his brother-in-law’s house in February. Authorities said Judge Brian Lovell allegedly shot at Kenneth Markes’ home before reporting his firearm as stolen two days later. Lovell is also accused of carrying out drive-by shootings in Texas where he opened fire on parked cars and crashed into one of the vehicles. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner breaks down the controversy surrounding the Oklahoma judge.
