    omg i feel you 😢 i was recommended for promotion by my direct boss twice in a row but it didn’t went thru despite having a good performance appraisal 🥲 contemplating to switch job alr cos i feel like i’m doing so much but not valued & i don’t rlly wanna wait for the next cycle
