Getting the semi-rare Camera Shy dialogue, just to prove to myself it's real

TL;DR
The counter in the game code for how many cameras you've deactivated is separate from the counter for how many times GLaDoS has told you to stop deactivating cameras, and the voice line counter only increases if GLaDoS isn't talking when you deactivate the camera, so that you hear the instructions first. However, the camera counter increases every time, which results in 99% of players never hearing the line of dialogue from deactivating the last camera, even if they got the Camera Shy achievement.
Also, you can get this dialogue even if you already have the achievement. You just need to knock every camera off the wall in one playthrough, but you can save and come back to it later.
