I work in healthcare and there are laws that prevents facility from refusing treatment to their patients bc of stuff like what you are going through. I would turn into the biggest Karen towards the insurance company in a heartbeat beat just on the phone bugging the crap out of them and also wanting to speak with a patient advocate from the healthcare facility to ensure they are doing everything they can on their end to help your family. Always ask for a patient advocate. No one knows about them and they get stuff done. My 11 month old son adores watching pupush. Our thoughts are with you.

Don't wait for the Insurance to call. Call them every day even few times in A-day until there will be sick of you and give you what you need. I really hope that it's gonna work. I did it for myself... I hope it's going to work for you too 🙏🏼❤️

I’m a parent who had faced a same situation like you guys did…it was a whole lot of struggle as I was not financially stable too..had to run my errands and get him to the local therapist, come home teach him the signs and my other two kids started feeling left out..I was helpless as my husband too had left me..being a single mom and handling all of this taxed me more than I could ever think of..sleepless nights, depression…but I was a clinical psychologist, knew how to handle my feelings, pray and continue to hold my son and go a long way..today he is 5 years old and he is trying his best each day to strive more and more..I understand how you guys are going through this tough pain and I only wish that Neo gets a therapist and continues his sessions. Amen 🙏🏼

I'm so sorry you have to go through all this. My son was in speech therapy when he was younger and I hated dealing with insurance. We had to go through a couple different therapists as well (due to insurance issues), but we found one we loved. I hope everything gets resolved quickly. You're such wonderful parents.

Cristal is really such a wonderful mum! Noticed how she didn't wanna be touched during the chip challenge but didn't push Kevin away when he hugged her although she did say no. ❤
