It has been a week since I have been in the garden and there is a lot to harvest! We were on vacation and when we got back the garden was exploding with lots of food to share!

From an old Tennessee redhead to a young ginger with lots of energy, you go girl. I'm so glad to see your harvest and how you operate. You have a beautiful family. Since mine and my hubby's backs are bad, we plant the basics that we eat. Try some Roma tomatoes for your pasta sauces. They have more flesh and less juice. I planted Cherokee purple and Black krim tomatoes to try. Also got bush tomatoes. I was late getting the garden in. Keep up the good work and keep praying, the world including the USA needs it.

I'm zone 7a as well. I have a definite way to kill those squash bugs. I've been at total war with them this yr. Get a gallon sprayer, mix about 1/4 cup of Dawn dish soap to 1 gallon and spray the ground. The bugs will seek higher ground, and will be easy Pickens. Nail em with that spray and they will be dead in 10 second. Go for it. We also grew Moon and Stars, and have 100 meat chickens coming in Sept.

What a gorgeous bowl of tomatoes! Sun gold is my favorite cherry tomato too - delicious! Also those dragon egg cucumbers look so cool - I might need to try growing those soon!

Hi Cara 19 cucumbers in one dayπ€― sungold are mine and my daughter's favourite tom. Your tom harvest looks awesome all the different colours shapes and sizes! Shame about the squash bugs and split melons but you did awesome! Beautiful flowers too.π
