I spent 19 years in law enforcement. There was always an after action review of anytime shots were fired. I get that she is the head of this large agency, but this is a BIG deal. Regardless of a FBI criminal investigation, she should be investigating her own agency. What a sham.

I watched the whole thing live. She is HORRIBLE. The worst person to be a DIRECTOR. I hope Corey's family takes her to court because it's her fault he passed away. RIP COREY. She didn't care at all.
