  • One thing I forgot to mention in this video. I ended up selling off the remainder of my Disney stake. I'm not bearish on Disney, I think the company will do fine. But the recent rally worked as a decent exit point and I'm investing the money into companies I think have a little more predictability. • Only if a good amount of folks do what you teach, just imagine how many millionaires we already have or will have in the future. Not the sad statistics where at least 50% of people are living paycheck to paycheck, even for high income earners. Great contents as always!

The market trend can turn around very quickly. In fact, the indexes often switch from a bear market to a bull market when the news is at its worst and the mood of investors is at its lowest point. I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?
  • The stock market is currently experiencing a decline while bond yields are on the rise. However, there seems to be skepticism amongst investors regarding the Federal Reserve's plan to continue increasing interest rates until inflation is stabilized. As for myself, I find myself at a crossroads, uncertain whether to liquidate my $250,000 stock portfolio. I'm seeking advice on the best strategy to capitalize on this current bear market.

  • Genuine question here. How is Mastercard a dividend stock with a yield of under 1% in dividends
  • Hey Joseph, any update on Roth you were planning on starting? Also, would you ever make an etf?
  • @rad2gnarly9
Hi Joseph, thanks for the vid. Do you like RELX or Thomson Reuters?
  • Thanks and love your channel! Question-Did you consider Visa vs Mastercard? Curious on your thoughts between the two?
  • @sandeshburada1
Could someone explain to me why stock-based comp eats up free cash flow? Is the impact seen during the buyback of shares?
  • @phaylon
Anyone else getting a skip at 30:49? I wonder if it's an upload/download artifact...
  • @luanvoable
Is Visa better than MA, higher dividend yield and lower PE ratio?
  • I have 1 question about TXRH : what do you think about the dividend which was only been paid one quarter in 2020 instead of 4 ? Does it bother you ?
  • @UnitGFC
Hi Joseph Great video as usual but want to provide some feedback. would be great if you had also included risks or headwinds when analysing SPGI. Only talking about the positives comes across as more subjective than objective. But overall, great analysis, thanks
  • Hi, I’ve recently been doing a research on restaurant stocks. I got to see that McDonalds works similarly to a REIT- it buys land and real estate and rents it out to franchisees. Starbucks operates like a bank. Domino’s sells food ingredients to franchisees.Does Texas Roadhouse have any similar or other interesting trait apart from the 5-15 cents on every steak sold?
  • Hi John, I hope all is well. You may have gone over this before in one of your previous videos however are you able to talk about why you prefer VICI over O? I'm just curious cause it seems like a lot of dividend investors like Realty Income.
