Sunsets from latitudes 45N, 45S and the Equator on the Equinox

This shows the way the sun sets at different places on the earth it is consistent with spherical earth and not with flat earth.

A surprise here for many will be that the ecliptic path, shown as a line on the screen, isn't the sun's path during the day, but our yearly path around the sun during the year. When watching the sun set, the ecliptic path moves with the sun.

The important thing here is no matter what your location on the globe, on the equinox, the sun sets bearing 270.
