I FIXED My AI Movie Scene with THIS Cinematic Trick: LUMA, Runway Gen-3, Midjourney, KLING, DomoAI

Published 2024-07-27
I'm on a quest to turn my screenplay into a watchable movie using emerging AI tools. In this video I show you how I applied cinematic color theory techniques to the first part of my opening scene to upgrade the results x10.

Using #lumaai #midjourney #midjourneyai #kling #domoai #runwaygen2 #runwaygen3 #elevenlabs, I put together the first version of the opening scene of my movie that I'm aiming to use to promote the eBook of my movie.

0:00 Intro
0:36 Coming clean about the REAL reasons for my Quest to make my movie
1:22 Apartment tour and more about WHY I'm on this journey
4:12 Could the opening scene of my screenplay be turned into an Ad for the eBook?
4:58 The main purposes of an opening scene

If you feel like charming your way into the hearts of the women in your life (wife, GF, mother, sisters, lovely cat lady next door who watches your house for you while you're away...)

Consider buying the eBook of my screenplay, "Telepathy SUCKS!"

I spent more than a decade laughing and crying (literally) whilst I wrote the screenplay, and it's the reason this entire channel exists.

  • keep manifesting the reality that you are working towards my friend. and thanks for that info about the scene colors too, very helpful tips!
  • @SynthSaga
We enjoy each of your videos, don't give up, things will be more and more interesting and easier in these dystopian times, you just have to be in the right place and follow these tools closely every day. Good luck and prosperity!
  • @norioku2020
The pulling back the curtain and giving us as viewers a glimpse into your real life was great. The color theory stuff was a helpful reminder for me, at one point in my life I knew this stuff but I guess I had forgotten somewhere along the way to incorporate it in my recent foray into this stuff. Love the two trailers you showed because it really made me understand some things that I was missing.
  • Best of luck with your attempt to make the transition from doing corporate work to doing your own art and making a living at it. The scene where you rotate the camera and we leave your very professional backdrop to a cluttered apartment was moving. I haven't seen anyone else do that. It's a level of honesty I really appreciate. 5 more months of hard work, who knows, maybe you can make a breakthrough. It's a shame that independent artists struggle so hard to make ends meet. And it seems the general path to making money is selling out and pandering to the lowest common denominator. Since I started making Ai videos I make less money on my channel, and I get a lot of hate as well. I also now have the costs of AI memberships. So, I'm losing money. And I don't try to remedy this by catering to my audience, the general public, or the algorithm. In fact, I'm doing the opposite. Right now I'm working on my music videos, and the most they'll get if I'm lucky is 2k views, and that would bring me in about $5. I see other people with a lot less skill and vision churning out cookie cutter tutorial fodder and getting tons of views. But I can't bring myself to do that. It bores me. I can't watch their videos. Too boring and too little effort. Just hiding behind the tech. Enough about me. I get by. I found myself tearing up considering your situation and the likely prognosis. I'm in your corner and rooting for you. Hope there's a surprise and you get the proceeds you deserve. Cheers.

just adding some options for video ai: kling ai, krea ai, kaiber, immersity, haiper ai, pika labs, dupdub, hedra. i hope it helps and good luck
  • @cbnewham5633
I'm a little older than you and I'm in a similar situation (sans family though). My original career seems to have come to an end and my health has, with great timing, temporarily gone down hill, so I'm looking at what other things I can do while I'm house-bound. I subscribed to your channel a few weeks ago and I will watch with interest as to how you get on. I wish you all the best. BTW, have you tried Kling? It's a lot better than Luma's offering.
  • @AiTechRealm
God bless you dude, I hope you keep grinding and it works out for you and your family. I liked the version 1 technique, I’d be interested to see how it looks when updates happen with the generators.
  • 8:47 I liked your overview of the different color schemes for portraying different moods & feelings. 11:25 Also, your trailer looks really good. Just from that, I can tell you’re talented at directing movies. I don’t know how long it’ll take you to create your own successful movie (the speed of AI development may also affect that), but I know you can get there. Of course, adjust your plans as needed to make sure you’re taking care of yourself, but at the same time don’t give up on your dreams.
  • Wow, I appreciate your honesty. Only truly talented individuals are transparent and honest. I can see you’re making great progress in the amazing world of AI videos. We know this will soon revolutionize movie production. It’s very smart to understand its techniques at this early stage, which will help you become a pioneer in the field and improve your financial situation. I hope you find the right financial support soon. I’ve also been working on generating AI videos and have created two so far using the same techniques. With continuous improvements in AI video software, we’ll reach our goals very soon. I wish you great success.🙏🌈☘
  • 12:15 But how do you get consistent characters in each scene? Are you getting truly consistent characters, or are you just getting similar-looking characters? Also, how do you pose multiple consistent characters interacting with each other in a scene? These are things I’m wondering about how to accomplish with AI. I’m not sure if there’s an easy way to do this just yet.
  • @HistoryViper
Great job covering the color schemes. Valuable information. Even with using AI, the process is still slow. I think that the cheapest and quickest way is to go the Anime route. Unfortunately, this would appeal to a much smaller audience though. The lion, the witch, and the wardrobe had a cartoon version before a real version. The hobbit did as well. Do you think you could go this route?
  • @trixx66
I know exactly what you are going through, I am a musician who recently started putting out my songs and videos, I am only starting, but I got hit with a reality check, maybe I was dreaming, but i see that the amount of work and output i will need to achieve to get any sort of income from it is going to be staggering. It takes so much time to create a complete song and music video just to get a few hundred views..I know that it can be done, but one cannot put too much pressure on themselves to try to make it happen in a short amount of time, but best of luck
  • @Mikatace
I like IA and it helped me a lot through learning much but I got that fear that so much knowledge isn't necessary anymore
  • @anomaliuniverse
I hope you become successful. best to you and the entire family ..
  • @thewebstylist
Man that was a lot to share a little w could actually use (where’s the prompts??)
  • @micbab-vg2mu
Great video - thank. you. I generate images in Midjourney and than use Luma ai or Kling ai - to animate them - I achive better results this way - but still it is hit or miss exercise.
  • You are doing the right thing man. Keep it up... You can easily monetize your skills btw and add +5k a month until your movie is done. But you'll have to give up YouTube most likely
  • @WallyMahar
That transition to your room was awful and brilliant at the same time.. wow …very well done and very emotional. Thank you for showing us . creators. Don’t do this enough.
