Thanks for putting this video up. I have the same saw and couldn't figure out why my chain was getting loose after cutting for 5 minutes until someone recommended that I look at the oiler. I'm glad you made this, now I can jump into this project and have it done in an afternoon hopefully

For not ever working on that type of chainsaw before you sure hit the nail on the head each time. Good job with the video.

A good project for the afternoon and a success story at that, definitely worth a fish or two. Probably work better if they had the right oil. Great repair and great video. Most people would be afraid to tackle that. Thanks Stevo

Great job Vernon, I learned in this video because I don't know anything about chainsaws, nice fix and video

Great fix. I have never taken a chainsaw apart beofre so it was very interesting, thanks

You always seem to get the job done - There is an adjustment for the oiler to increase or decrease the amount of oil pumped from the tank. I think the port was clogged as the oil started to flow when you gave it a good shot of air. Good part of this story is you have a new fishing hole - take care my friend - cheers

Good job. That s a good saw when it works. my saws always get a air leak between the case halves. Hard job for a half blind shaky old man. Thanks for sharing.

I have that same saw, never took it that far apart. Nice to know how now.

Chain won't last long without oil. The face on that chainsaw 8:53 looked like someone getting a DRE. LOL Great fix.

Good job , using old motor oil for bar oil might sound like a good idea but caused a problem here.
