That's awesome! The operator doesn't seem to get bounced around all over the place either - comes home with his/her guts pretty much in the same place.

I like heavy equipment. The operator is a very good skill. Very good engine sound. Thank you from Japan.

Impressive, all the Mountains have been graded out for Miles. Lol.

the iconic purple accents π I live near Rosenort and every time I see a pan I look for colors. always take pride knowing that's a MB product even though I don't build them.

That is some serious dirt moving.

Superb video! Music, editing, overlays, tech info and aerial photography! Just excellent. Miss the howling Detroits though... ;)

As a proud Canadian, an earthmoving nerd in search of the true best solution for any job, and someone with a lot of experience with WTS, I am always conflicted when watching your videos. I think overall I lean towards WTS (637K push pull or 631K push loaded would be great for this job), but for long flat hauls, for operator comfort, and for the initial investment I understand the attraction of pull pans. For longevity, maneuverability, steep grades, and reduced time in the cut its hard to beat WTS. Plus I'm not dive bombing a canyon wall trying to pull as much of the mountain down with me as I can with a pan setup like you can with a WTS. Keep up the good work and maybe someday you'll start making some with motors attached :)

The truck pulled scrapers have a smoother ride. If youre the operator you will like this at the end of ten hours!

Caterpillar and Case IH and new Holland and versatile tractors are the number one that construction company's use
-
That is some serious money running there but if you going to run with the big dogs you better have the equipment to get the job done hats off to the company that owns this equipment
-
The biggest advantage i see is to be able to double duty a machine you all ready have and to cut down on cost and overhead. Its not something new to the market but, is growing faster everyday.

Side raising plates! Chuck a couple on each bowl and youβd be the market leader!

I do miss the conventional scrappers. If this is the future of scrappers I'm glad I went to work for the Railroad.
