I've never met Gennaro, but I've been watching him for I don't know how many years and I just don't think it's possible to fake his personality. The man seems to genuinely love cooking and teaching others to do so. If he is faking it for the cameras, he is a world class actor. I can't help but feel joy watching the man cook.
