Her apology means NOTHING!!! Her behavior was unbelievable!! She needs to GO!
  • She's lost all credibility. There's no way she can continue to prosecute others for breaking laws she refuses to follow herself. She needs to at the very least be removed from her position.
  • My mother received a ticket on her way home from the hospital after my dad died. She had a really bad day. But still got a ticket.

33 years of service and this the first time abusing her power, I doubt it.
  • @user-td5bw3yd7w
She is not humbled, she’s sorry she got caught and everyone sees her for who she really is.
  • If anyone else would have done this, they would have been arrested and taken to jail, double standards is what is wrong with this country.

Guilty as not charged. She showed her true colors and didn't apologize until after the video went viral. Fire that DA.

Today I learned that fleeing from the police is (apparently) not a crime in Monroe County.
  • @pormisericordia
I hope the State stopped her salary from aggravated taxpayers right away!
  • If this was a normal citizen, they’d be in prison on bail. Fire her ass!
  • She shouldn’t be held to the same standards as everyone else. She should be held to a HIGHER standard. Disgusting behaviour.

And now we punish ourselves is this really what the judicial system has come to?????? WOW!!!!!
  • @jonaswatson533
The arrogance to think that you can "hold yourself accountable" in a public office!
  • @jermartin771
If a DA tells you that she "doesn't care" when she was breaking the law, you should believe her.

Next time I'm in Monroe County, I will evade police. If they try to arrest me, I will ask for the Sandra Doorley special. If they don't charge her, they should not charge me. Equality for all.
  • Me or anyone else, not a DA, would've been arrested, pure and simple. In America, nobody is supposed to be above the law.

Shame on her! She committed a crime by trying to uses her government position to get a favor and break from a ticket. Shame on her. So disrespectful considering law enforcement is a justice partner with every DAs office in every county and state.
