It’s actually mad to see a proper Jamaican top level footballer and not just someone who’s grandad immigranted here 50 years ago and isn’t good enough to play for the England team

From when the Jamaican FA didn’t want to fund the woman’s team at the World Cup last year I knew they weren’t serious…

Imagine having to deal with the attitude of a bad Jamaican food shop, but that energy is the same energy kept by the people who run the national team 🤦🏾‍♂️🤣

Jamaicas best player by a long way.. Match winner in the biggest and best league in the world. Leon proving his worth.

People forget he’s had issues with the Jamaican FA for years going back to his days at Leverkusen.
  • @eldraco2178
He made it sound like they don’t have cones and bibs at training. Probably still use jumpers for goal posts 😭😂

Fam do what is best for you and the future of Jamaica football!

why’d you think sterling ran to england

Thank you sky sports for exposing the JFF. Ignore the Jamaicans who are whining about embarrassing the country. Leo Messi has called out his FA in the past. Leon did not criticize Jamaica, he called out the Jamaica Football Federation . The only way change will happen is when they feel the burn of public scorn. Keep doing your thing for Aston Villa yute 🇯🇲

Everything is said is also the sentiment for players in other Carribean islands. I'm from Haiti so I'll spare you with some details but what stroke a cord with me is when he spoke about the lack of monetary contributions from the Federation. There are so much talents in the islands. We must do better😫

I understand his point. Players are having to play sooo many minutes and people wonder why they’re getting injured.. but surly no matter what you would want to represent your country. Even if I had a broken leg I’d want to play 😅 but again I get his point.

I met several WI cricketers in Barbados who shared similar stories with me.
