Once upon a time, quite an elite home. I love those beautiful glass touches.

Once again Paul another good one I've said it time and time again these developer's r wrecking our art Deco and more taking part of our history from us I'm grateful that u document these beautiful old homes❤❤

This is a very nice vacant house from the 40's both outside and inside in a nice suburb area but to bad it will be torn down soon by developers but glad that you got a chance to explore and film it before it is demolished it really was a great place to live with a nice property, it has a lot of rooms in it and was a nice looking house for many years as always this is another awesome find in an abandoned house and until next time have a great week and thank you for another great video.🏘🇦🇺👍

How you keep finding amazing homes to explore is astonishing to me, Paul!

What a beautiful house! What makes me angry is when it has been destroyed for another purpose as in the front room. It's such a shame that this house is going to be torn down when it could be restored for future generations. Thanks for the tour Paul. Glad you got to explore this before it's gone.

So much to save in this beauty, I hope they salvage as much as possible. I'd happily have the doors, windows, kitchen even they toilet lol

I absolutely love Art Deco! My style is Southwestern/Aztec design and it fits in perfectly. This one though, has to be one of my all time favorites! I really hope they save those windows and doors. If I didn’t live in America I’d be over there looking for someone to sell me those. 😢Thanks for showing us. ❤

The stories that this beautiful home could tell. Sad to lose such exquisite houses.

Lovely house, this would have been back in its day. It's amazing how many old homes still have original features. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, MM :)

Once a grand house which may have had a scenic garden at the front and a functional garden at the rear. Great explore, thank you for sharing.

The room with the mattress was a dining room I bet. And the room next to that might have been a study? The first bedroom witH all the cabinets and drawers might have been the master.....you think? This was a good one!!!

Agree with other commenters, glass in the windows is lovely! I also love the old kitchen cabinets, so fitting for this old Grand Dam. Reminds me of being a child at my great grandma’s house. I’m a sucker for old homes and have a small 1932 brick Tudor house. I’m so amazed to see each lovely old home you find and document! Cheers to all you’re hard work.

Yes, it was a beautiful home. You could still tell even with the damage. Cheers Paul 💜☮️
