Here's a great recording of Dr. Paul O. sharing his experience , strength and hope! Dr. Paul is well known as the author of the story in the big book titled "Acceptance Was The Answer." His story was initially released in the 3rd Edition Big Book and was titled "Doctor, Alcoholic, Addict." The title was changed for the release of the 4th Edition!

    Dr Paul is part of the reasons I stayed sober. Got sober. Doctor, Alcoholic, Addict So powerful and hilarious. What a sense of humor. Acceptance. Isn’t that what it’s all about? I actually saw Dr. Paul in Southern California. He was already getting on in years. Dr. Paul was astill amazing. I’ll never forget that. Max was there too! So grateful this was posted. I needed to hear this today.
