Anyone here listening to his bass lines in this particular performance? He did a lot of subtle great bass riffs here, more than the original. This man tho. Bass legend.
  • This references both the Beatles rooftop show in 1969, and also their introduction to US audiences at this very same theater on the Ed Sullivan show in 1964.

This is the song that gave us "Double Fantasy" from John.
  • Paul's touring (and sometimes studio) band has been together for over 14 years. That's longer than Paul was with Wings - and the Beatles! They're all fantastic musicians.

Bass line is SICK! Love this one.

There will never be another Paul. We were all blessed to be able to share this planet with a man with such an unparalleled talent.

Abe Laboriel Jr.. Drummer extraordinaire, and a high backing vocal that would "floor" a mouse. ;)

The best band Paul's had since The Beatles. They make every song sound tough.
  • @escapemac
They should've let the CBS Orcestra sit in on this two.  Live horns would've been killer.
  • It is always a pleasure listening to Sir Paul playing the Bass guitar.
  • Soooo much talent. My goodness. Can we get people back in the music biz like this again. It's all about image now. Can we get real talent back? This sounds as good as it did in 1980.
  • Love the Peter Gunn riff towards the end...loved this song when it came out and love it now!! God Bless Paul McCartney đź’•
  • "Coming Up" is a song written and performed by the English rock musician Paul McCartney, released as the opening track on his second solo studio album McCartney II (1980)🎷
