To morph into boss mobs go to menu options and press o (or not if you see morph button) Press morph and find get boss mobs and enable it. There ya go!

You can also do underwater mod where you check out marine creatures which are not in Minecraft like sharks,octopuses,killer whales and normal whales.

FYI, Redcaps are actually a type of fairy/goblin in European folklore, if I recall correctly. Extremely evil, cruel and all about blood. In fact, their caps are red from soaking it in the blood of their victims. Fairies are fun and giggles.
