I don't understand why I rarely see this skit on snl comps. Seriously one of the most underrated snl skits of all time imo. Vanessa and Ryan pull off crazy so well together, and Beck as traumatised Santa is just brilliant

Vanessa Bayer said on “Las Culturistas” podcast that Ryan grabbing the candy cane smashing it and screaming was improvised and everyone just went with it trying to hold their laughter.

I love how they zoom out and it just shows them awkwardly dancing on the table. Totally how that scene feels for everyone else! Perfect skit!

From the moment Ryan said, "But Santa doesn't drink...he's got to drive the sleigh" I knew we were in for a wild ride! LOL. The conviction with which he delivered that line gave me goodbumps. Haha...
