Ice Cream Mochi:

store-bought ice cream
75 g. mochiko (sweet rice flour)
100 g. sugar
100 ml. water

    75 grams of mochiko (2/3) 100 grams of sugar (1/2 sugar) Whisk 100 ml water Whisk until no more lumps Place plastic wrap on top Place in 600 watt microwave for 2 min If wattage is higher, use defrost setting While it's in microwave, take a cookie sheet and dust with potato/corn starch with sifter Give it a stir after 2 min Place plastic wrap on back again and put in microwave for 40 sec After 40 sec, whip it up so it's well incorporated
