How to Listen to Your Life

I think we all need to BE STILL...most women think they have to do something 24/7 ALL the time. No we don't, try having moments of stillness its GOOD, so try being STILL every moment isn't ment to be used...❤

When I turned 60 😲this past February my mindset changed. I think I started showing up for myself with evaluating where I've been, where I am now & what will I look like in my 70s and beyond. I started showing up for me. I went on a vacation by myself for the 1st time ever in my life!!! I realized a lot about myself, about the choices I made good, bad or indifferent I owned them on that vacation. Now I'm working on setting things in motion sober minded as God says we should be. No longer mad, disappointed just at peace with my decisions going forward. Chrystal this podcast let me know I'm on the right track in the right space at this time in my life. I'm working daily to bring my whole self along with me to my everyday life. Thank you.❤

Happy Belated Birthday Chrystal. I have never left a comment before but I’m bringing “me” to the platform and sharing something with a group of strangers who know nothing about me. When you said “whatever your “thing” that you need to bring is…I don’t know why I continuously struggle with my finances…” that hit home because that is me. It’s the thing that keeps me up at night. It’s the thing that steals my peace and my joy. It’s the thing that is constantly and consistently looming over my head. The thing I constantly talk about in prayer. It just seems like there is no getting it straight and I know there is financial freedom out there for me. It just currently constantly seems to evade me. Thank you for this episode.
