For me, the sound of the instrumental sounds like he is actually saying the lyrics but he isn't. You can like hear it a little.

This song feels weirdly nostalgic. I played this song for so much time. For some reason, the amount of people here feels comforting. That i'm not stuck listening to this song all alone. And all the replies reinforce that feeling. Makes you appreciate more people, makes you want to be more connected. It's odd, but that's as well as I can explain it =)
