I've had to fire many people for many reasons. Layoffs, termination for a mistake, accept a forced resignation. I've never gotten over it. Even the people I didn't like that deserved it, I still knew that guy had a family to feed and rent was due. I've even shed a bro tear for a couple after it was over, and nobody was looking. It was tough the first time it was tough the last time it'll be rough on me the next time.
