Welcome to OSU (Out-of-State Students)

Our daughter was set to transfer to a California State/University this past spring. Because of my husband's military service, her college tuition would have been waived for any CSU school. However, because all of the universities stayed online she decided to apply out of state. OSU accepted her within 2 days of her application, (we waited months to hear back from CA. schools). We did the tour in October of 2020, and she started in January of this year. She LOVES it!! She is currently home with us for the summer and told me the other day that "it is seriously the best decision I think I have ever made". She has blossomed at OSU, and although we miss her, it's hard to be sad when we see her SO HAPPY! In addition, she has been chosen for a CM position this fall and is so excited for the leadership opportunities that will come with the position. Orange is my new favorite color! :)
