2 cups hot mashed potatoes or bag of potatoes
4 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed
1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided , Parmesancheese
Tomato Paste
Heavy Whipping cream
Peas , carrots , string beans
2 cloves garlic, minced
Worcestershire sauce
4 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup beef gravy or beef broth
Bake for 20-45 mins in oven

Im from the uk , ive been a chef for 30 yrs cottage pie you make with mince beef( ground beef) Shepherds pie you make with minced lamb (ground lamb) both meat bases uses carrots and onions you can add parsnips but it needs to be diced up small then use the gravy accordlling to what meat your using, once cooked wait for it to cool down before adding the mashed potatoes when it comes to the mashed potatoes its just potatoes salt and pepper with butter no cream or milk because it makes it to wet and it will sink once your shepards / cottage pie starts heating up , then serve with frozen garden peas
