balsamic sauce: 5 g (0.2 oz)

Sauce:
parsley: 10 g (0.4 oz)
soy sauce: 40 ml (1.4 fl oz)
mustard: 20 g (0.7 oz)
tomato paste: 25 g (0.9 oz)
honey: 30 g (1.1 oz)
salt: 8 g (0.3 oz)
sweet paprika: 6 g (0.2 oz)

When I cook any meat or fish in the oven with foil, I first cover it with baking paper and then with foil. You will get the same taste. It is also very important for health.
