I had the pleasure of changing a compressor on a cummins truck engine--found out real quick about the devil bolt!! Priced out the "special wrench" then made my own.
  • Just remember this is the guy who runs you over in call of duty war zone

"I've never owned something that's broke down as much as this truck" You sir, have obviously never bought a used bmw before.

"When in doubt. Go full out" Sounds like a damn fine plan.

5:30 “Would it be dramatic if I fell out of it?” No Westin, that would be traumatic... 💀
  • It's called a "five ton". The smaller one is called a "duce and half". If you like that thing get an LMTV ;-)

I think you can make a half a dozen vids featuring this 6X6. I learned to drive one in Germany in 1990. They are amazing---and beautiful beasts. And yes, you can go places where a lot of other off-roaders can't. P.S. I was born on Ft. Riley.

Priceless: "Satan himself installed that bolt"

You know it's quarantine when this releases in the middle of the work day and gets 40,000 views in an hour lol
  • Ya’all know that rubber wheel liner lifts out don’t ya. Makes working on the side of the engine a lot more comfortable and the front tire turns in to a seat.

I remember driving those in the Army they're almost as fun as driving one of the old military Jeeps M151A2. Great video keep on doing what you do. Stay safe and healthy. Rick

New to the channel, awesome to see this truck running. There are still a few 5ton work horses still in active duty. Have one from my last unit built in 1985 and still running. Fixing the mechanical fuel pump on these things is hell! Trying to get all the air out of each valve and the timing just right is my personal purgatory!
