One feedback: Please keep it simple. don't edit too much and also keep the SFX sound a bit low.. it just distracts the focus from the main subject.

The actual interview & the insight & knowledge, questions & responses are fantastic. But the editing, the sound effects & cheesy cheap amateur effects added to this is absolutely horrible. Hopefully it gets reloaded with none of the amateur editing crap.
