In this video I analyzed Nike Stock ($NKE): which is a key holding for Terry Smith. Here is the summary of my analysis:
- decent revenue growth
- High ROIC & gross margins
- Strong balance sheet
- Dividends are growing at 10.5% CAGR (covered by free cash flows)
- Reasonable valuations (3.3% FCF yield)
- Key risks: China exposure, potential recession in the USA
- Share buybacks
- Insiders own substantial shares of the stock (CEO holdings : ~$140m , Ex. Chairman holdings: $320m)
