Excuse me sir. America DID come to Pakistan's help. They sent their 7th fleet I think. Russians stood by and had us have our own wars. Please stop pretending that you just stood by. You bet against India not once, not twice but a million times. As recent as The Kargil War, America supported Pakistan, even playing the "Big Daddy" trying to intimidate Shri Vajpayee

Have the US learnt their lesson from their mistakes? The answer is a clear 'NO'.
  • Americans didn't care a damm on genocide of Kashmiri Hindus, bomb blasts, 26/11 attacks in India ,but their heart goes out for Pakistanis.Down with both these partners
  • Pakistan is lucky to have wise and honest military people. They have safely invested Pakistani money in Papa John's pizza franchise, real estate in Canada, London, Dubai, and an island near Australia. Long live the Pakistani military.

Few corrections: 1. USA did support Pakistan in 1971 war, infact US/UK used their 7th fleet in Bay of Bengal and pointed missiles towards India. 2. USA did not sell weapons to India because it did not want to go against its most favored ally, a military dictatorship, Pakistan. US was totally in bed with Pakistan. Please tell the complete truth
  • Pakistan didn't choose islamism in '71. The country was islamist since it's formation. In fact that ideology behind creation of Pakistan started more than a century before
  • In December 1971, the Nixon administration deployed the U.S. Navy's Seventh Fleet, Task Force 74 (TF 74), to the Bay of Bengal during the Indo-Pakistani War. The fleet's mission was to support Pakistan and intimidate Indian forces. Russians subs sneaked in before and stopped the Americans from interfering.

Crystal clear analysis . Unfortunately CIA is still fast friends with Pakistan military, because of its nuisance value.

As long as Pak is a rentier state, USA will never leave Pak. It is the independent mindset of India that USA has low tolerance for.
  • You forgot to mention that the USA sent their 7th Fleet, together with the British Navy, against India during the 1971 war and were blocked by the Russian nuclear submarine fleet.
  • The irony here is that the US and the West for the most part chose two utterly non-democratic partners (Pakistan and China) in the region and sidelined a budding democratic state that was ravaged by its colonial past. They still had the gall to ask why India did not stand with the so-called "democratic West". When has the west ever stood for democracy in this part of the world I wonder?

India is a Hardcore Conservative Country run by a Centre Liberal Governments, It will be Hard For India to compromise on : Its Civilization, Its Hindu Religion (Sanatan Dharma), India has lost lots of its territory and demography under Islamic And British Colonialism due to religious Conversion and Partition of India. British Colonialism has drained India from its richness its share in Global GDP dropped from 27% to 1% by 1947 at the time of freedom from British. No more interference of external powers in the Indian Subcontinent. Mutual Respect will be appreciated 👍✅

Good presentation. But US holding back GE Fighter Engines after committing to the deal is not playing well in India. American foreign policy is seen as opportunistic, transactional and fickle minded not only in India but now globally especially with Trump's statements on Nato and Taiwan. You guys will soon be left without anyone trusting your words.... A strange position for the world's only super power!

Choosing Pakistan â˜Ș Islam over India is basically choosing satin over spirituality.

Indian Hindus believe in Karma. Once someone helps us in critical times, we never forget that. We consider that help as a debt. Unless Russia backstab us in any way, we can't backstab our friend. It's not about Arms & maintenance with Russia. It's about a battle-tested friendship. On the other hand the USA believes in this theory 👇 "There is no permanent friend or enemy in geo-politics; only interest matters"
  • What a diplomatic way to accept your radicalism towards India
