The Supreme Court just had one of its most consequential terms in decades, resulting in a flurry of blockbuster decisions with the potential to transform America's system of government and Americans' everyday lives. Here are 4 major takeaways from what Victoria Nourse, a Georgetown law professor, referred to as a "tsunami term."

  • 1. Corruption is rampant 2. 6 “justices” are in a cult 3. They can all be bought some way or another 4. Their wives can participate in a coup and not get in any trouble, you do even remotely anything close to that and you’re going to jail forever.
  • I know all of the Supreme Court judges. WHY? I'm 61, and I've gone my whole life, not knowing them! It's just 24 hours of Trump and a dirty court.

    The takeaways are your freedom!!
  • @fugamantew
Consevatives brought back the King of England onto the Colonies!
  • The single major takeaway is that the U.S. Supreme Court must be radically changed. No more appointments by the president. Elected solely by the people with term limits. Single term, not to exceed six years. Ban lobbying, insider trading, and gift exchanges of all sizes.

With this Court who needs a dictator??
  • The rule on Chevron ensures the administrative state won't take away American's rights! The court is doing gods work.
  • Limit age of nominees to 61, limit terms to one 4 year term including supreme court and house and senate. Nobody can serve the country properly while they are working on their next election. Reverse the Buckley vs Valeo 1976 ruling, that holds limiting political donations is the same as an unconstitutional limit on free speech. Money is not speech nor is it free. Donations should be made equal for all voters by a $10 limit. And ban lobbyists from the capitol.

Regulators are the problem with there unaccountable oversight
  • If one has a issue with 'immunity' pass a ammendment or law and solve it. Either riding it entirely, including all branches that already had immunity or giving it to all branches. SOLVE the problem if there is one and quit yapping or complaining as it gets nothing done. Technically we are the ones who may or may not have a issue with a ruling a court made or did not make. There is also those humans who agree or see it favorably thus is subjective and not a scientific certainty. The Supreme Court technically did their jobs whether we like it or not and made rulings on cases that were brought before them.

Joe, you need to exercise your new kingly immunity powers that presidents have been given and send in seal team six to take care of these traitors. Do something FFS, you got the power! Don't be such a "you go low, we go high "pacifist!
