I never even thought of my two favourite directors sitting down and talking about their movies together. This is awesome!

I could listen to Yorgos and Ari all day. Both are exceptionally talented, but still retain the ability to remain curious about approaches different than their own.

Beau Is Afraid is one of the best, most underrated movies of the year, and I adored The Favourite with high hopes for Poor Things. So grateful for this pairing

absolutely loved Beau is Afraid, its one of my tops of the year and even in general. Can't wait to see Poor Things soon. Big fans of both directors, can't wait to see what they do next.

If anyone hasn't Dogtooth and Alps especially but all of Lanthimos' Greek language films are must watch. I discovered him with Dogtooth all those years ago and following his career has been kind of mindblowing. Seems to never misstep and ensures all his films have that unique 'clinical' (as Aster rightly says) tone.
