Ingredients
Green chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) – 4 nos
Cumin seeds – 1 Table spoon
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Coconut oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) – 4 Table spoons
Curry leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) – 3 തണ്ട്
Elephant Yam – 1 cup
Cucumber(വെള്ളരിക്ക) – 1 cup
Snake gourd(പടവലങ്ങ) – 1 cup
Yard Long Bean – ½ cup
Green Aubergine – 1 cup
Raw banana – 1 cup
Carrot(കാരറ്റ്) – ½ cup
Big Chilli – 2 nos
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞൾ പൊടി) – ½ tea spoon
chilli powder (മുളക് പൊടി) – ½ Table spoons
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) – 1 ½ tea spoon
Drumstick (മുരിങ്ങക്ക) – 1 no
Raw Mango – ¼ cup
