Liver Qi Stagnation is probably the most common TCM pattern of diagnosis I see in clinical practice.
In this video, I share the causes of Liver Qi Stagnation, the consequences (what happens if we don't address it!), the symptoms, and basic treatment including acupuncture points, Chinese herbal formulas, and nutrition.

Dear Clara, being the student of TCM for the last 2.5 years and still 2 more to go with a lot of postgradual courses afrerwards I have to say that without your amazing videos (and books as well) I would not be able to understand and manage my studies. Everytime I go through my school lectures being completely confused and stressed (working on getting my own LV QI stagnation :-) ) I am so glad I can also use your video lectures. They help me so so much. I wish I had more time, I would watch your videos over and over and over ..... 😀 I love your "crazy" style and the way you handle such difficult topics. I admire your knowledge as well as your passion for TCM. YOU ARE THE REAL TCM STAR!
  • I am a South African acupunture student, your videos make everything simple

This was REALLY REALLY helpful... I am an avid unofficial student of acupuncture but aware of my yin deficiency AND apparently Liver chi stagnation... Although some symptoms are subtle... after reflecting more closely it ALL makes sense... now I have some very specific points to do my acupressure... WAS doing LI4 AND LV4 but others will complement those... THANK YOU.... New year's goal... buy all your books I'm a sponge for all you have to share that is SOOOOO practical & sensible... GREAT JOB in sharing

Excellent content as usual, Clara! Didn't know about the lack of movement cause (which makes so much sense) or the potential dampness result of LQS (which also makes so much sense). Or the 2 resulting tangents of Sp or St patterns. This has filled in SO many diagnostic blanks for me. THANK YOU!!! As a new practitioner, your content is my BIBLE! You're able to distill huge amounts of complex info down into easily digestible segments that don't overwhelm. You make us all better practitioners!! You ROCK!
