I think the toaster room is a reference to a cutscene in Hotel Mario where Mario brings bread to a room full of toasters and says ”all toastes toast toast”.

Okay I have a few things you haven't covered. 1. in LEGO Batman 2 on level 13 or 14 (the one at city hall) in free play you can magnetize the clock hands to the time the clocktower got struck by lightning in the Back To The Future series. It will get struck by lightning explode and give you a mini-kit. 2. As another "overused easter egg of the week" in Murky Divers, some facilities will have the carpet from "The Shining".

I believe that the two figures on the right of the screen at 2:58 are referencing The Lion King, the fellow with the staff is referencing Rafiki (the wise baboon from the film who held up Simba) I also feel like, the little one, could be a reference to baby Simba.

i dont know if u used this easter egg or not but in the game kill it with fire 2 the multiplayer map that features a big mansion has the same carpet from the shining

For kingdom rush, you can check the achievement screen to see all of their easter eggs and how to unlock them. For exemple, SPOILER: . . . . . . . . . . In the Pig boss level, you can find pigsmen mining. Click on them, they will make the minecraft pig noise. Click 3 times, they will even drop some pork, like, well, minecraft.

Another Easter egg in Fallout: London is the Dr Who Tardis which there are a total of 15 scattered around the world, there's a quest linked to them but I haven't found them all maybe you can and see what happens in the end. Also I'm not a 100% sure but with the sleepwalker trait it might teleport you to some easter eggs as predetermined locations, not sure though

Wouldn't the bulldog in Fallout London also be a reference to Britain's prime minister Winston Churchill, whose famous nickname was 'The British Bulldog'?

Ok, so being outside of the UK my first guess about Churchill the bulldog was obviously Winston Churchil who was called "British Bulldog". So I guess this being what you suggested my super specific britsh easter egg.
