how to change the battery on a mercedes key fob from 2008 to 2014 c class. step 1- remove the small key that is inserted inside the key fob, by sliding the release button that is located on the top of the key. step 2- use the small key to push and release the battery cover, by inserting the key ( not where the key goes but the opposite hole) and pushing the release tab. step 3- take the old battery out, by pushing down on the lowest side of the battery. step 4- install the new battery by sliding one side in, then pushing down the other side and lock it in place. MAKE SURE YOU USE THE CORRECT BATTERY.
