This was an absolutely superb live session! Hope to see many more in the weeks ahead - well done Marie - loved making you laugh!
  • China works like a private company and the western country works more like a state owned enterprise. How weird is that! 😂

Wait, but doesn't VW EV's also receive the Chinese government subsidies? Tesla as well for that matter. VW can't compete with the Chinese brands not because the latter receive subsidies. Certainly Chinese learned a ton from the German car makers (the German car makers earned tons of €€ in return), but to say that Chinese can't innovate is untrue. Did Germans invent the blade battery? Are there any other technology companies in Europe than ASML? Is democracy inherently more innovative then? This china analyst is second tier or biased at best.
  • Economic investigator Frank G Melbourne Australia is following this informative content cheers Frank 😊

Ummm.... "Marxism maximizes profit at the expense of the worker", lol? That's precisely what Marxism is NOT about. "Innovation", in Marxism, is "development of the means of production", which is the central driving force of history according to Marxism. You can make the case that China, and indeed any historical society, has been bad at it (to beat a dead horse, "real socialism has never been tried"), but the issue is not what Marxism is "about".

European economic plans never deliver to it's people, Chinese economic plans have a good record of delivering.

China is quite similar like a huge private company. It has its goals and plans to achieve the goals. Government officials have to work very hard to achieve the goals as KPI of their career. Blank talking will not be able to survive under such system. If Europe offiicals can be measured by pre-defined measurable KPIs , how many are qualified ?

wish they would have talked about shadow banking, house developer contagion toward bank and bank collapse and withdraw restriction.

DW news, let's talk more about how Germany and EU as a whole can survive the next decade without falling into Chaos. No point keep talking about China when you're about to lose your Job.
