    1. Buy at full price (to support your entrepreneur friends) 2. Marry the financially stable 3. Work from a desk (not your bed) 4. Think before accepting the 1st offer 5. Understand the root cause of jealousy (put your energy into making that happen for yourself) 6. Say less than necessary (be a silent achiever, not a public promiser) 7. Eat healthy 8. Read everyday (books are the most condensed form of knowledge in the world; if a mentor is out of reach, read all their content) 9. Focus on practicality (don’t get tied up with finding your passion; learn practical skills) 10. Spend time in solitude (away from your phone) 11. Choose yourself (don’t let the opinions of others stop you from living your life) Bonus: to influence rather than be influenced; spend more time producing rather than consuming

I used to designate every Sunday a no phone day. I'd check for anything urgent in the morning then leave it in a drawer for the rest of the day. Really need to get back to doing that.
  • @Valca.Design
I was incredibly refreshing to not have an introduction or content bloat. Thank you for having this be succinct and informative from, literally, the first second of the video. Your title that made us click was the intro. I wish more creators used this format.
  • As a licensed mental health counselor, the partner points are crucial. Money is one of the core factors that would be in your best interest to address early. On that note it's best to tackle your poor money habits and debt before marriage as much as possible .. you're on the right channel for that. You're setting yourself up for success that will trickle down to all facets of your life
  • @ChrisW1019
Two takeaways for me is to marry financially stable and eat healthy. I'm already established on the second and looking for the number one.
  • @bossman674
Great points, but I completely disagree with point 2. My wife married me when I wasn’t financially stable, but I was highly ambitious and had a detailed plan of what I wanted to achieve. She supported me financially to achieve my goals and get the business up and running. 5 years later, (post pandemic) we have a multi-site business with strong cash flow and an even stronger valuation which we hope to grow further before exit. She also wasn’t anywhere near as financially stable as she now is in her career. My wife and I have a great marriage, with a baby boy and we are earning very well now. Couldn’t be happier, and that is because she married ambitious, not rich and we supported each other. Marrying / dating financially stable may be important, but it shouldn’t outweigh other factors such as compatibility, attraction, love and emotion. Build together…

No. 11 was deep for me. "We are the sum of our different choices and only you have to deal with your own life consequences". I wrote it down, put the wisdom on a single slide, made a desktop wallpaper out of it. Awesome.
  • I don’t know how much effort you put in to make your hair look like that but it’s absolutely beautiful.
  • @simplethings9683
Such a wisdom at young age. Very refreshing to see high work ethic, habits, and simplicity.
  • @MagicLights555
I'm so thankful that you start your content diving right in! Thank you, THANK YOU!
  • @Investingcoachw
Love this video. Having a financially stable partner is so important. Growing up and seeing my parents not be aligned on financial goals/ habits really derailed our financially stability as a family.
  • @JakeSpradlin2
I have been trying to leave my phone at home during my walks with my dog recently. I call these my “dream walks”
  • @als7132
I truly like your tips. As I have shared in past comments, I am in my early 70’s. Your tips shall help me as I move forward on my new retirement path. Thank you and keep it going.
  • Thank you for mentioning the following: saying less than necessary, the bit about mentors, and focusing on practicality. It seems like in the U.S. our work environments really promote saying more than necessary, you can only succeed if you have a mentor, and far too much focus on passion rather than practical. This leads to a very warped set of expectations for so many. And, the focus on passion rather than practical really only seems to help universities that offer absolutelty unpractical majors that result is astronomical debt for so many people.
  • Well done, Nischa. I'm 64 and am quite successful. I can assure you I practice all of these principles. Keep it basic and seek what's eternal and not temporal. Serve others before your own selfish needs has always done me well to ground me into humility. I'm a new and a big fan...look forward to all futures videos.
  • @tejirioru
No 6. This was rather important for me. I’ve been a public promiser all my life and I find that the more I inform people about my goals, they never quite manifest. Thank you for teaching me to be a silent achiever. You’re God sent Nischa. 🙏🏾
