We went deep into broken homes, children’s mental health and how it can so often become our grown up default state of mind. We covered diving with sharks, shallow water black outs, travelling Asia, Australia, New Zealand. We drank LOTS of real IPA and laughed, cried and most importantly shared emotions and feelings to help one another and maybe even some of you listening or watching.
