  • I'm in Australia. I think the best take away from this is the simple Prestige that wealthy families have on education. Some people in lower classes laugh at education but wealthy people respect it and I admire that.

The famous Oxford Union, yet not a single critical question from the floor. The pr department of LVMH couldn't have wished for more softball questions for the honourable Alexandre Arnault.

'mba since birth' - people say that being given leadership positions at such a young age is pure nepotism but imagine being essentially mentored (25+ years in this case) let alone being the child of one of the richest and most successful CEOs of all time - dude would know a few things about running a company. people pay high prices just to listen to these accomplished folks for an hour or two, have dinner with etc while he has his guidance his whol elife and has Bernaud just a phone call''s away.

He speaks English clearly, he doesnt have this thick French accent, and he's so fluent, amazing..
  • Arranging this type of interview surely motivates young blood in order to sail through the market economy with innovations. Thanks from Path & Co Consultancy Team.

What a well spoken young lad. His parents and teachers raised him well. He could have turned into ‘anything’. Would have been even better if the interviewer reacted more to the nuances of his responses rather than ask pre-prepared questions often asking things he already eloquently answered. Well done for hosting nonetheless.

Shame, thought it was going to be the Liverpool right back :(

I would have liked to hear more about how he thinks about the balance between growing as a public company and diluiting the brand (everywhere I turn I see LV bags for ex). Also quality is a big problem. It obviously dropped in the last decades as LVMH profits have soared. Making items in Asia and than importing them in France/Europe by and sticking a label "made in France".

His father is one of the most powerful men on Earth 🌍. It’s different 😅
  • @kaffir76

I loved "the group was founded in the 80's and I was born in 92', so I could see it through it's inception, creation". lol
