The eastern hemispheres 90s version of the hellcat 😂😂

It's insane how people blame a CAR for people doing armed robbers and being reckless, its an inanimate object, its not the car's idea to go out and commit crimes, its the person behind the wheel. Governments think that by just banning everything they don't like it will solve the issues, it wont.
  • “Narrow city streets” proceeds to drive through the mall😭

The Australian police got 100 Subaru WRX police cars. 99 of them were destroyed in crashes, and the last 1 is in a museum. Australian police can't drive for sh!t. Lol
  • @OfficerDanger
Now you gotta complete the Holy Trinity of cop terrorizers by doing videos on the Vauxhall Lotus Carlton and the Sierra Cosworth RS500

Whenever i see a Impreza WRX i always remember the rivalry between Colin McRae and Tommi Makinen. Those were legendary times. R.I.P to the legend Colin McRae and R.I.P to the legendary Mitsubishi Lancer Evo.

This and the cosworth Ford escorts/sierras were always in newspapers as a kid in the UK, being used for robberies as getaway vehicles because they were just obscenely fast. As a teen, it just made me want them even more. As an adult, I still want one but can't afford one!

being from australia, i never thought this would get covered on automotive youtube, so thank you! how cool did those police gc8's look! also.... still gotta cover the barra 😅

Telling the story of the Impreza's getaway by spending 3 minutes telling us all the specifics of the Evo's struggle before its inevitable downfall, just to then say "and the Impreza? Well, it was never caught," is probably one of my favourite bits of writing for something like this.

Prior to the Subie era, in the early to mid-80's in Sydney, there was a joyrider known as the "Porsche Kid". He only stole 911's and used them to bait cops into chases. I was passed by him one night driving near, I think, Five Dock. He went flying by. Twenty seconds later, a gazillion cop cars came past, tyres protesting, lights and sirens ablaze. Don't know if they ever caught him, but he was a thing for a short while back then.

This is cool and all but we can’t deny that Hector is going to be running 3 Honda Civics with spoon engines. And on top of that he just came into Harry's and he ordered 3 T66 turbos, with NOS, and a Motec system exhaust.

Every time I watch 337 SPEED videos, I think this guy was born to do this!
  • @Madenewhope
The Toyota Corolla with a boxer engine that gave police hell. 🤣🤣👌👌
  • Aussie cops actually figured out that wrx front radiators were a ridiculously weak point after they field tested them to possibly use them as highway patrol chasers. Due to the big wide open front bumper grills for big airflow meant a little front end hit usually meant the radiator would crack, the engine would over heat within minutes and the chase was over.

I sold my 2001 Impreza WRX last month and ive never regretted anything so much in my life. What a car.
  • @k1rb0i
I wasn’t expecting a story to be put upon the loved Impreza. However seeing the Lancer Evo there just bolsters how lethal these two cars are in all kinds of scenarios… love the content as always !

God that Brandt keypad alarm was such a piece of crap. I had 2 WRXs with it, it would stop working every now and then for no reason, leaving you stranded. The best mod to do for any Subaru with it is to rip it out and install an aftermarket alarm/immobilizer system.
  • @TheSimStig
Parents are ex coppa's from NSW and they always used to say that they could never catch the WRX's. After seeing this I had to ask them more questions and tell them, "there's a documentary about who you couldn't catch 🤣".
