Episode 1 JEEP:    • American Auto Failures: JEEP   FORD WAS BAILED OUT RESPONSE VIDEO:    • Ford WAS Bailed Out: American Auto Fa...   What else would you guys like to see? What do you think? I am an independent film maker, soon to be energy drink manufacturer with a passion for cars, caffeine, and cinematography. Place your requests below and enjoy the film about Ford.

Just to clarify, I love what Ford represents, America. Henry Ford revolutionized how cars are made and he was a titan. Hence why even in video games like Call of Duty, they used to quote him.

I know our modern day Titans like Scotty Kilmer would agree with this video, as he also is saddened by what is happening to American car brands. He lets us know it and we need to keep the pressure on these companies. There is a chance they can be revived without going bankrupt. I really want them to succeed and doing what businesses are supposed to do, SOLVE PROBLEMS. A reason I am becoming an entrepreneur.

The American auto industry can be saved. Remember that.

Imagine having excess inventory and declining sales, and then saying, "Ya, lets build another factory. That will fix everything."

Something tells me that we are entering a new malaise era in the american automotive industry.

I predicted back when they decided to get rid of all their passenger cars, that it was a terrible idea. Looks like I've been vindicated.

Ford 2018: People are not buying cars only SUV and Crossover. Toyota, Honda, Hyundai: Hold my beer.

This is normal for American industry. Make bad decisions and get saved. The banking industry is far worse.
  • One of the big things not talked about is demographics. By getting rid of cars from their lineup, they're hemoraging younger buyers who are flocking to Toyota, Honda, and Hyundai. Those are future customers that Ford won't have in the future. As people get older their buying power increaces, meaning that as Gen Z gets older they won't be buying Explorers and F150s, they'll be buying Tacomas and Acuras. Ford is ironically following in the footsteps of Harley Davidson.

Henry Ford would be appalled at the complexity of modern Fords

It was one of the dumbest moves to stop making the cars like first focus and fusion . What were those clowns thinking ? The trucks are way to expensive and get bad fuel mileage I don’t want to own an overpriced truck with every luxury function known to man .

the death of american cars even in america is insane
  • The US Auto Industry is going the same way as the British Auto Industry in the 1990s and 2000s, when many of its great brands were sold to BMW (Rolls Royce, Mini, Land Rover/Range Rover), Volkswagen (Bentley), Ford (Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin), SAIC (MG). Later on, Tata (Land Rover, Range Rover, and Jaguar), Bahrain (McLaren), Geely (Lotus), and a bunch of investors for Aston Martin. Ford might remain American, but General Motors will probably be sold to the Chinese, and Dodge and Chrysler will be gone. We are currently undergoing “The American Disease.” Poor management, poor quality, bad labor relations, the lack of innovation inside the Big 3, and short sighted decision making.
  • The 40% increase in pickup prices since 2019. Is not going to help them. Henry Ford built his business on providing vehicles for the common man not building vehicles only for the rich!!

You're ignoring the most important player in this whole drama: The Environmental Protection Agency. The EPA is deliberately forcing gas/diesel vehicles into extinction with their unachievable CAFE requirements, and shoving EVs down our throats. The automakers can't satisfy both the EPA's rules and customers' desires, which is why we have such a screwed up auto market, from whatever angle you look at.

That corrupt CEO made millions of dollars of monthly bonuses for that overstock 😂

I really liked Ford when I was a kid. I expected the first new car I would buy to be a Focus ST. When they discontinued their passenger cars I felt betrayed, and have hated Ford ever since then.

Seriously why why why why the FUCK do billion dollar companies need OUR cash to build up THEIR profits.
  • @deez8202
The thing that has always stuck to me about ford is the fact that when Ford has an reliable, cheap and not a bad car which is loved by many it gets killed immediatly and not returned with a newer and better generation. Maybe it's just a Ford Europe thing.
  • We live in a Corpo Fascist Oligarchy. It is a control economy, where the opinion of the customer is not at all important. Why would they care what we want when they are just going to be bailed out by their oligarch investors with funny money?
  • @philhealey4443
Too many childhood memories of pushing the reluctantly starting Cortina and the extent of rusting and constant mechanical repairs has made me a lifetime non-Ford consumer as an adult.🎉

My buddy is an engineer at Ford. About a year ago, he and I were guessing that a big crash, like what happened to the housing market, is coming for the car market. I wish I remembered some of the details we were thinking about then. When that time comes, I'm sure it'll be another bailout.
