I watched this, this morning and I was so moved by it, that I finally did something that has pulled me out of a really deep depression and decided to offer my gift of dance to the local library and they were absolutely elated. I have no children and I am in my senior years and sitting and watching Netflix was literally killing my soul and my body. Dance is my life and even though my body is breaking down, I just pray that I am up to the task because I want to celebrate the inhale & the exhale like he talks about. Within one hour.
