Good morning , it’s 4:45am and I’ve started studying at 3:15am out of bed by 3:00am. I hit the pool at 7:00am, test for school at 9:00am. Foam roll at 10:30am, study till 12:00pm. Break eat lunch, study till 3:30pm. Gym workout, study till 6:00pm, in bed by 8pm. Keep grinding

2 years sober, quite smoking (2 packs a day for 20 years), lost 55 pounds and counting, and started working again. Thanks for inspiring me to light a fire under my ass and change. Stay hard

At 65, I finally accomplished something significant in my life. I broke the Fitbit 24 hour step record, with 110,229 steps. That's over 57 miles in one day. I finally committed to the pain and suffering. Because I was going through it anyway. Now, people are uncomfortable with my accomplishments. It just makes me work harder. I'm going for 60 miles in a day, tonight, at midnight. I've been through a horror story the past five years. It's redemption time. And nobody is going to stop me. For those who question me, or my accomplishments....FY. I may never be famous. But I feel hard. Nothing else matters, but staying that way. I have confidence, that those who are comfortable with themselves, will be comfortable with me. Maybe then, I will reach my goal of helping others with charity for those who never had a chance. I live for that now, and forever. DG words didn't inspire me. His words confirm what I did, and am going to do. Gotta go..... breaking that record tonight. .

Goggins is haunting my life. I keep running but his voice keeps going in my head. I cannot use earbuds during my two hours of swimming each morning but I still hear his words. Im losing weight, I am getting stronger, I am feeling weakness leave my mind. Goggins, Thank you. It's working. I am not hard...but I sure as fuck am on that very path. I wish I found that first Goggins video earlier in my life.

If I don’t feel like getting out of bed I turn on Googing. He hasn’t fail me once NO LIES I get up and start doing push-ups, Tri’s , bi’s and squats still going for two months now

I have been listening to goggins for a while man has he made me feel convicted... I get up every mirning at 430 now and get it and I have enlisted into the marine corps, I wish I could thank this man. I have struggled with addiction and depression so long and listening to thia guy has truly changed me so much its amazing! I hope I make it in its my dream now... I hope u read this man I was debating on posting this I just wanted to say thx to this amazing man stay fucking hard!

After 51 years of worrying about everyone else but myself i have finally said no more. I have been battling my mind to take care of my family and friends but not myself. At this moment im 2 weeks in and applying what has been said in this video..im back in school,i am finding out who i am and i have already seen and felt the chabges. After 15 surgeries it is my time and im unapologetically doing this for me.
