Here is a whole video where I collected the entire process of creating a dugout.
In this video, I dug out the dugout area, put up the frame, walls, and made room for the stove.
I also made a house for Odin, made a bed, a chair, put doors, windows. I sprinkled the roof with earth and covered it with moss. Odin and I also spent the night in the dugout.
The project itself turned out to be very interesting, cozy and reliable.

Very time I see water in a dugout project i wince with the thought of the damp and Mold that is going to grow underneath the floor and behind the walls. You are the 1st person I have seen to put drainage underneath to deal with it .... bravo 👏👏👏

A tiny home that will be easy to keep warm! With the plastic over the windows, he doesn't need glass. He may ad it later, if he wants it. Nice door and stove work. Odin even got his own room!
