The original Ingredient Swap duo is back! Expert chef Frank Proto from the Institute of Culinary Education and home cook Lorenzo are trading pot pie recipes and hitting the kitchen. We set Lorenzo up with $250 worth of ingredients and Frank's recipe while sending a modest $20 worth of goods back the other way. Now, $20 worth of supplies is usually more than enough to make a solid pot pie - but we’re talking about Frank here. What tricks does he have up his sleeve to improvise his way up to gourmet?

This series is just Lorenzo slowly losing his sanity from the hours of cooking Frank’s dishes 😂

I mean we all love Lorenzo and Frank but, Anyone else gonna mention Rose's adorable giggle when Lorenzo pointed out they're wearing the same coloured shirt?

The serotonin boost we all wanted and needed.

"Frank, I swear to god..." Yeah, basically everyone's reactions every time they see him on this show.

Best intro ever, with Lorenzo’s reaction to nearly BBQing himself… The first ever time I saw Lorenzo, I thought he was too over-the-top. The. I watched more and realised he’s just a genuinely idealistic and optimistic and cheerful guy. And Frank is as authentic as they come. Love them both, and Rosemary completes them… :)

I love it because you can tell Lorenzo feels like he's in over his head, but he still ends up making beautiful food, with Frank showing us you don't need high-end ingredients to make something wonderful.

"I don't drink sherry, I don't use sherry, I don't have sherry, so... this is sherry." For the love of God, Lorenzo.
