They should be able to charge him for kidnapping. She was heard saying that he wouldn’t let her go. And then abandoning her without keys, phone or ID. Aggravated kidnapping resulted in death. Possibly from exposure. Id get on the med examiner to declare a cause of death. If they can’t find any one thing, default to exposure. She was in a freezing car. How can that not be deduced?

The narrator, the details, the case related images, the way the cases are explained.. it's all just so immersive & gives feelings of looking over detective work. You guys are doing such amazing work.

I dont understand how her family stood for this for so long. Not that it's their fault, he's the one who decided to be a human garbage can. But I couldn't imagine hearing my sister saying, "He's not letting me go," and NOT doing anything. I definitely wouldn't be waiting for her to come home, that's for sure. I really hope Nadia gets justice one day. Crazy he hasn't been arrested.

Everything about this case is infurating to me. Why the parents didn't call the police sooner, how she could be dead in a car for so long without any notice (they tow my car pretty quick when I leave it places!), how his years of abuse could go unchecked and - knowing the Indian community because I am one - how his family could allow him to behave like this (though not totally surprising). I hope the children grow up safely.
