I agree with the doctor. I am a nurse- RN. I have seen elderly persons most of my life. He has all the symptoms of mental decline.

I had a very precious father- in-law who was diagnosed with aldsheimers and Biden shows every sign that our father had. I would lay my head on a block that if they do a brain scan it would confirm it. Also I am sending prayers for President Trump because it is obvious he is being railedrolled.
