Hey there travel bees,
Thanks for hanging out whit me while I share a place in Romania called "The Little Netherlands". Close to Bucharest, at about 80Km away is a place named Bloom Experience where you can enjoy the tulips as if you were in the Netherlands but not fancy and stylish like Keukenhof parc, in a bit more unique and rustic way, in a much simpler way but also more interactive.
Here you have a field full of tulips divided in 2 parts, a part is for the flower presentation and the second part is more interactive you can pick you own flowers and you pay them at the exit, the price is more symbolic because you can't find anyway in Bucharest tulips so cheap.
The owners said they prefer people pick the flowers so they can bring a bit of happiness with them home than let them die on the field.
