JT is a system type of player. When he is on the court you might not notice him but when he sits, you can notice that the team doesn't function as usual. He is special because he can do everything that you ask him to and one of the things is to take the back seat. Jason tatum is very unique. And the media can't aknowledge for what he is and does.

The face of the league is one of those things, "You can't define it but you'll know it when you see it."

My issue with Tatum being face of the league, there's at least 5 players better than him at the moment, when Jordan and Bron was the face, they were the best player in the league at the time.

Tatum is quiet and soft-spoken. If you look at old video of him in high school with his friend Matthew Thachuk, his demeanour hasn’t changed.

Tatum has a smooth game, and it’s not aggressive. He’s a soft superstar. Last year against MIA he shy’d away from guarding Butler when he clearly should’ve took on the challenge.

The disrespect to Tim Duncan is wild, he’s top 10 all-time. Tatum is not consistently dominant enough to be the face of the league but he’s still a champion so the hate needs to stop.
